no c4 in 1998 and yeah it does sound smoother in the latter model c4s being its a different motor

1998 C4 convertible Red corvette, with magna flow and a upgraded sound sytem, it sounds more smoother then this one

240hp, the convertible version had 245hp, I think the convertibles had aluminum heads and the coupes still had iron heads at the time.

My dad had an '89 in the '90s and loved it to death. I wish he still had it, I would have taken it over the Volvo S60 I have now. His Vette was in black, sick car.
